When Covid-19 shut down the world in March 2020, the work being done by the United Way of King County didn’t stop. It couldn’t. With the pandemic fueling greater inequality and accelerating the needs of individuals and families in the greater Puget Sound region, the time to come together to solve these tough issues couldn’t be put on hold.

The United Way of King County, whose mission is to bring caring people together to give, volunteer, and take action to help people in need and solve our community's toughest challenges, needed to find ways to take their typical in-person fundraising to a virtual setting.
