As one of the largest carriers in the US, United Airlines needs no introduction. The Chicago-based airline operates an extensive network across the world - and as such - is always needing to keep it’s customers updated with new routes and services offered across their growing fleet of aircraft.
Particle has been producing an assortment of photo and social content (video & animation) for United, highlighting everything from new routes to new offerings onboard their planes.
Common for large corporations, a pain point that’s plagued the in-house content team at United is the cost of doing business with agencies. Even a small change to an asset can cost their team tens of thousands of dollars and take over a week.

United turned to Particle to provide photography services to recreate images that were outdated due the updating of cabin tech in their new planes.
With only four hours of available plane time due to the busy summer flight schedule, The Particle Team was able to recreate the intended image, with time left to spare to shoot additional stills of the new seat backs - along with video footage for United’s TikTok account.
