At Particle, we are a nimble team of makers and doers. Optimistic dreamers with a “how hard can it be?” mentality. Our team is made of up producers, directors, editors, designers, digital marketers, and directors of photography. At our core, we believe in hard work and humility. Excellence and an uncompromising commitment to quality. We prefer shoulder-to-shoulder collaboration and sweet treats in the afternoon.

“T-SHAPED”
The core philosophy that’s guided the creation of the Particle Team is being “T-shaped.” T-shaped people are versatile powerhouses, with deep expertise in one specific area (the vertical part of the “T”) with a wide array of skills and knowledge across other disciples (the horizontal part of the “T”). This combination enables a resilient team, one that can not only can do “a little bit of everything,” but is quick to adapt to changing needs and can deliver on multiple fronts.
SUSTAINABILITY
It’s easy to talk big game, but does 80% of your staff bike or take public transit to work every day? Ours does. We recognize that production can be (and often is!) quite wasteful and so we’ve made it our goal to rethink how we can embody and encourage more sustainable behaviors. We offer a discount to productions where over 50% of the crew arrive by public transit, bike, or carpool. All our studios have secure bike storage and e-bike charging outlets. We provide reusable hand towels in our bathrooms to reduce paper waste. We also have a water bottle filler in-studio for production teams to refill personal water bottles and to discourage single-use plastic water bottles.
COMMUNITY
Our team has deep Pacific Northwest roots. We’re proud (and grateful!) to call this place home and are committed to local engagement - from hosting community events to fostering civic participation. Members of our team are committed to being a part of solutions in our communities and proudly serve on the Seattle SODO Business Improvement Association and the Seattle Bicycle Advisory Boards.
